iLDR was originally developed as single-point high focus and high range positioning sensor for automating shotcrete machines. With its high measurement rate of 12,000 Hz, it is able to detect objects at a distance of up to 1000 m. By now, five iLDR variants are available that enable different applications from the original position measurements to various applications in steel production.
